A 50-acre urban revitalization of the existing Sunnyvale Town Center, with a complete transformation of the 30-year old mall in to a specialty retail, restaurant, residential, office and entertainment open-air center, anchored by AMC Theaters, Whole Foods, and Target. The six blocks of redevelopment is comprised of approximately 1,300,000 SF; 900,000 SF of specialty retail and restaurants and 200,000 SF of office as well as 300 residential units.
