Designed and built by the celebrated architect Ely Jacques Kahn in 1927, 2 Park Avenue typified the Art Deco style for which he was most famous. One of the most prolific architects of our time, Ely Jacques Kahn designed over 50 Midtown Manhattan office buildings between 1919 and 1965, but none more famous than 2 Park Avenue. The building was constructed in 1928. It features a 44-space parking garage.
