By selling excess property and rebuilding with modern functionality, Pasadena Community Church is being a good steward of its resources.
The vacant land known as the soccer field and the PCC Preschool property, totally more than 5+ acres and 33,720 sf of buildings, are presented to the market exclusively through Colliers International, in conjunction with Coldwell Banker Residential. The funds generated from this sale will allow PCC to achieve its goals, free of debt. Members, students, parents, and neighbors can envision a modernized campus that meets 21st-century technology & sensitivities while keeping and respecting church traditions.
