Utility assessments are currently unpaid. At the current asking price, Seller is willing to satisfy or provide an appropriate credit toward the outstanding utility assessments at closing with an acceptable offer. Seller may also consider an alternative price structure under which Buyer assumes all or a portion of the assessments. All terms are negotiable. Buyer shall independently verify the exact assessment balance, utility availability, zoning, permitted uses, and development requirements with the City of Cape Coral.
