This is a very open, raw yet very cool space. 1,750 sq ft total with private entrance. It was used for the past 7 years as Keep Cincy Beautiful wood shop work space. It could have many uses though. For now....we are leaving it raw to see if there are any artist, small manufactures or other creative type needing wide-open-spaces. We can discuss a buildout for other uses.
