Riverstone Apartments development is a 444-unit development opportunity consisting of a 31-acre site located just north of Coleman Road. The project is entitled for a garden style apartment community featuring 17 three-story buildings, a clubhouse with a gym and a leasing office. Additional amenities would include children’s playground, a network of recreation trails and open space, a dog park, and a swimming pool, among others. The property could alternatively be developed into a single-family community due to tight housing availability but will require City’s approval. Churchill County is facing a severe housing shortage within an area projected for strong economic development and a significant increase in job opportunities. This project will satisfy the strong need for apartment housing in the area.
