The Mill Park neighborhood borders Montavilla on the west, Hazelwood on the north and east, and Powellhurst-Gilbert on the south. In addition to Mill City Park, the neighborhood also hosts Midland and Floyd Light Parks. Portland Parks & Recreation also operates the East Portland Community Center here. The neighborhood is within the David Douglas School District.
