Built in 2006 with the idea of trading square footage for parking and landscaping to have the highest quality building in the South-Dade area. The parking lot has 89 spaces which is double of what was required by the building code. The landscaping is maintained by a professional landscaping service and watered by sprinklers in the drier months.
