Former Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Along with office space, the building boasts 10 fully built out commercial and specialty kitchens. The kitchens range in size from 1,730 SF to 7,166 SF and multiple kitchens can be combined for more space. The facilities are world class and built out with top of the line equipment and infrastructure in place. Each kitchen includes at minimum the following:

-Multiple sink packages includes 4 compartment sinks, hand wash sinks and dish sinks
