The Tudor Building is a mixed use building with 20,000 square feet of street level retail and 64 apartments. It spans the entire block between 19th and 20th Street on Washington Avenue. Tudor was completely renovated in 2008 and is three blocks south of Union Station and two blocks south of the new MLS stadium. Over 1,000 apartments and 50,000 square feet of retail and office is planned to open within four blocks of the Tudor Building by the end of 2026.
