Adult Day Care is our goal. Other uses possible. We understand that our building is not ready to go for this use, but the normal process is to attract interested tenants, and then depending upon their exact needs, the tenant evaluates the space from a zoning, and code perspective with an architect/GC and then determines what the overall lease terms look like with the landlord.
