The Cube is located in Québec’s technology district near Victoria Park and just a few minutes from the Québec amphitheater. The building is easily accessible via bus route 801. Made of oversized concrete, the building has a total area of 45,000 square feet. It contains several rental offices ranging from 100 to over 5,000 square feet, as well as a few apartments on the upper floor. The Cube Dorchester building includes the first Cube by the company Méribec. The Cube is a concept entirely imagined and created by Méribec. We built this workspace to meet the growing needs of startups. Since startup needs are significant and vary from one stage to another, we wanted to create office spaces of different sizes along with flexible lease terms. The Cube also offers access to a wide range of services and a place for exchange and collaboration with other businesses.
