Bill and Pat Crabtree opened the first store In Watseka, Illinois in 1964. Today, the company operates across 25 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Michigan—including their newest stores in Portage, Wisconsin and Lansing, Michigan. The tenant on the lease, Tea Olive I, LLC, is the legal entity that contains substantially all of Stock + Field’s assets and operations. LONG-TERM NNN LEASE: Stock + Field’s 15-year NNN lease will commence upon closing and will feature 1.50% annual increases throughout the initial term and in each of its five 5-year renewal options REBRANDING: The McHenry location will soon be equipped with new logos, signage, and marketing as BigR makes a full transition to the new Stock + Field brand in October 2019.
