(ADDENDUM – EXTENDED SUBMISSION PERIOD) NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA BY THE CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH AND THE RIVIERA BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FLORIDA Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 163.380, Florida Statutes, that the City of Riviera Beach and the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) intend to sell the real properties described below (collectively, the “Properties”) to Forest Development, LLC for the proposed purchase price of $3.78 million, along with an agreement to construct a mixed-use development. This notice serves as an addendum to the original solicitation and reflects an extension of the submission deadline by an additional thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice to allow further opportunity of interested parties to submit alternative proposals in accordance with Florida law. In accordance with Section 163.380, Florida Statutes, parties interested in making proposals must submit a proposal within sixty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, as noted below, and are encouraged to review information on the properties (Project: 1851 Broadway) on the CRA website www.rbcra.com Additional information related to the properties may be obtained from the CRA office by way of a request to the Riviera Beach CRA Office.
