To receive the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, please complete the NDA located under documents and return to michele.ottman@cushwake.com. In addition, you will need to register for access to the Data Room on CoStar or LoopNet. Once the NDA has been received/approved and access has been approved, permission will be given to view and download the report.
