This Queen Anne styled Craftsman was built in 1890; its storied uses over time add to the romance and mystique of this historic structure. Oral history tells of a time during WWII when women lived together with their children here while their men were off fighting at war. It has also been home to political campaigns, a house of worship, and, most recently, an eclectic blend of hair and personal care with a splash of light retail. Zoned mixed-use and in the Governor's Mansion Historic District of Capital Zoning, any business use will need to be approved by the Capitol Zoning District Commission.
