Current use is: Fully functioning breakfast and lunch farm-to-table restaurant well established. Current hours of operation Tues-Sunday 7am-2pm. Restaurant is 2,027 sq feet with seating inside for up to 35 patrons and an addition 35 patrons during the warmer months via the exterior stone patio.
There is a 4 bedroom, 1,824 sq ft. apartment (two bedrooms are tandem)which occupies the second and third floors of the building with an expansive bonus room occupying the entire third floor of the apartment. The apartment includes a balcony with access from the living with electrical hookup for a hot tub.
The third unit is a separate short-term rental or can be used as a studio apartment. This is a 464 sq ft studio style short-term rental with a full bathroom and separate heat and electrical.
The main building and water is heated via oil fired boiler, baseboards and radiators with a 50 gallon water tank. There are two propane tanks used for the gas stove in the restaurant. Cooling is wall units. Electrical consist of a 200 amp upgraded panel. The building is equipped with hard-wired smoke and CO detectors and the kitchen contains two Ansul suppression systems, and sealed non-slip floors. The restaurant and two bathrooms are ADA compliant. The parking lot was recently resurfaced (end of 2025) and the site includes a large sign (can be repaired to have LED) highly visible from the street.
