Approved SPUD uses include: Single-Family residential; Live/Work Units (Small-scale commercial and office work-space uses, primarily used by the residents of the dwelling, shall be permitted within this SPUD on the ground floor of the structure); Two-Family residential; and Community Recreation (property owners association).
