The Merrill Lynch complex consists of 8 interconnected office buildings ranging in size from 100,000 sf to 250,000 sf. The office buildings sit on 500 acres of land, which is part of a 3.5 million sf mixed use development. The development will feature hotels, retail shopping, day care, health club, jogging paths, sports fields, tennis courts and other amenities. In 2008, this building was awarded LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
