The Village at Golden Shopping Center is a well located asset in the Community of Golden, Colorado on the western edge of the dynamic Denver Metropolitan Area. The Village, as it is commonly known, is a remarkably busy shopping center which sits at the corner of South Golden Road and Johnson Road with great visibility, ingress/egress to both streets. South Golden Road is a primary street running from downtown Golden to the newer outlying areas and has been recently modernized. Johnson Road offers direct access to Highway C-470 and the busy Jefferson County Government Center. The immediate area is a mixture of single family residential, apartments and commercial.
