Celebrating the rich cultural heritage of East Harlem, this transformative affordable housing initiative spans four newly constructed buildings across four distinct sites. Designed to foster long-term community stability, the development delivers 78 fully affordable residential units, offering critical housing access in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant and historically significant neighborhoods.
At the heart of the project is a dedicated community facility located at 1761 Park Avenue, thoughtfully programmed across three floors totaling approximately 10,740 square feet. This space is envisioned to serve as a hub for local engagement, services, and cultural programming, reinforcing the development’s mission to support and uplift the surrounding community.
Strategically positioned near major transit corridors and neighborhood landmarks, the development benefits from proximity to Metro-North and subway lines, retail corridors, and cultural institutions. The project reflects a commitment to inclusive growth, equitable housing, and neighborhood preservation, aligning with East Harlem’s legacy of resilience and diversity.
