One of the first buildings designed and constructed in the Innovation District at The Downs, 175 Innovation Way is a showpiece property within The Downs development. Built in 2020 and designed by Kevin Browne Architecture, this property was awarded the Project of the Year in 2021 by the Scarborough Economic Development Corporation for the impressive design and execution of the building and landscaping. 175 Innovation Way was built for the company Scorebuilders, which assists physical therapists and physical therapist assistant students in preparing for the National Physical Therapy Examinations. Scorebuilders was sold in 2022 to a Missouri-based company, therefore allowing for an opportunity to lease this standalone property.
