The Avenue Square is an enclosed shopping/commerce center located in downtown Oconomowoc, across from historic City Hall. It was renovated in 1983 into a quaint indoor shopping mall complete with the look of a turn-of-the-century street with brick floors, individual store fronts and skylights. The building features a two-story atrium with a glass elevator, retail and service shops, as well as second floor offices. The Avenue Square is now one of the main attractions for the downtown offering options in dining, shopping, services, and has become a place where both local patrons and tourists come to visit.
