Tract 3 is approximately 48 gross acres of property located in Tarrant County. Attached is the current planned layout for this tract. The current plan for this tract, as you can see, is to have approximately plus or minus 2.75 acres of commercial lots(one about 1.25 acres and the other about 1.5 acres) fronting Bonds Ranch Road. Thacher road will extend south into this tract. There is a planned traffic signal and a left hand turn lane onto Thacher from Bonds Ranch. The two commercial lots will have common access from Thacher Road and from Bonds Ranch. The remainder of the tract will be single family housing lots.
