Excellent freestanding +/-SF 12000 building with high traffic and visibility on Central Ave. Currently set up with 6 units, but could be converted to fit needs. Heating, plumbing and electrical system maintenance/updates all made in 2024. Updates also made to the elevator and fire suppression system in fall of 2024.
