Located in the historic Jensen's Recreation Center on Sunset Blvd. Built in 1924, this neighborhood staple originally housed a bowling alley and pool hall at street level along with a row of shops. The building was declared Los Angeles Cultural Monument No. 652 in 1998, after its trademark sign was restored to its original appearance the year prior. The current owners, stewards of the landmark since 2014, brought the sign to a fully functional condition in 2017 and celebrated its restoration with a community event and re-lighting ceremony. Jensen's Recreational Center is now home to curated retail & restaurant spaces such as Sage Vegan Bistro & Brewery, Silverback Coffee, and Hairrari Salon. With a "Walker's Paradise" walk score of 98/100, lunch and coffee options are just steps outside the office, including Woodcat Coffee, Honey Hi, Masa, and much more.
