Building was recently fully remodeled. Everything is in excellent condition, except the owner decided to redo the floors. The front of the building is now complete and the back rooms will be completed in a few days. Tenant would like to stay and pay $10,000 a month with a large deposit. He thinks he needs all the building but I think he may consider building an interior wall and an additional side drive in door entrance so he can use part and the new owner can use part if that made the deal work.
