Brennan Investment Group has broken ground on Minerva Commerce Center, a two-building industrial development in La Vergne, TN. Building 1 will offer 185,000 square feet of warehouse space with 3,000 square feet of office area. The site, located at 1701 Mars Street, benefits from $4.5 million in offsite road improvements, including Minerva Drive widening and a new traffic signal at Minerva Drive and Murfreesboro Pike. Completion is slated for 2026. Building 2, located within the same park, will offer 168,000 square feet and is also being marketed for sale or lease.
