The Cannon Mill building was fully renovated in 2018/2019 and converted to a Mixed Use RETAIL and OFFICE building. Currently Southern Strain Brewery operates their brewpub, with kitchen and production facility on the third floor. Carolina Interiors, a high end furniture mart and interior designer has a showroom on the 1st floor. There are OFFICE SUITES available immediately (January 1, 2021) and retail/office space on the 2nd and 3rd floor which can be leased as is or with full buildout included.
