This new construction project will feature a masonry building with steel stud wall partitions, suspended acoustical tile, or gypsum board. The HVAC systems will consist of rooftop units. The scope of this work includes all structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work as required. Terracon has completed the Geotechnical report.
