Our unit has approx. 1,063sq. ft of office and warehouse space with a roll-up door on the side. This is a corner unit. Each unit in the building has it's own bathroom. The air/heat system was replaced this year. It's close to the train station, shops, restaurants and many more amenities. The rent is all inclusive of charges. Each unit is responsible for its own PG&E, garbage, telephone, and internet.
