The building is a four storey, Class A suburban office complex design-built for Telesat Canada. The project was developed in 1989 and features a large atrium between the three sections of the building. Floor plates range from 31,000 to 66,000 square feet. The building is situated on a 10 acre site and has surface parking for 506 cars and underground parking for a further 32 vehicles. The building is located in Gloucester in the east end of Ottawa and situated on the Northeast corner of the intersection of Telesat Court and Meadowbrook Road.
