Before becoming Pen’s Point Market, the building at 1600 E. Lincoln Highway once housed the old Farm and Fleet store. In 1995 it became home to Creative Calligraphy and its gift shop, Creatings, thus the building's name, Pen’s Point Market. Over the past twenty-two years, this building has housed a wide variety of businesses in its versatile spaces.
