Landmark One is a class “A” office building at the intersection of Interstate Highway 10 West and Loop 1604 in northwest San Antonio. The project is part of the Landmark Centre mixed use development. Landmark One Contains 164,000 SF of office space and 5,000 SF of ground floor restaurant space. The building features 30,000 square foot floor plates with full-height glass. Landmark One is walkable to numerous restaurants and will be adjacent to a full service hotel and conference center. The building was completed in August 2017.
