Feather Commercial Storage was constructed in 2024 and is located in an ideal location just off Main Street in Rice Lake, WI. Building features 14' ceiling, 12' X 12' power overhead door, 36" access door and each unit has it's own 100 amp electrical panel. The building was constructed with 6" concrete floor in building and 3" asphalt driveway for possible delivery and distribution use. It is also ideal for large motorhome, 5th wheel or multiple car storage. Keep your batteries charged with onsite power. Units 2 & 3, 1050 SF each, are available with 30 day notice. Units 4 & 5, 2100 SF will be available with 60 day notice.
