The Distrikt also operates under a unified umbrella liquor license accessible to all tenants and features two approximately 1,200-square-foot rooftop spaces, introducing a rare rooftop component to the Arts District. Located within a dense and growing residential corridor, the project benefits from a strong built-in customer base, with more than 1,000 apartment units under construction in the Arts District and over 2,000 units built or underway in nearby Symphony Park.
