The Distrikt is a boutique food, beverage, and retail destination in Downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District that was completed in Q2 2025 and builds on experiential concepts popular throughout Europe. The project consists of eight stand-alone buildings arranged to create the feeling of an activated alley, where patrons can visit multiple businesses, each offering something different, and then gather together in abundant shared outdoor seating. Music plays throughout the fully fenced property, with infrastructure for live performances and curated events, while string lights span between buildings and extensive landscaping creates a shaded, inviting canopy. Although the buildings resemble shipping containers, they are constructed from structural steel, allowing for larger, more flexible interiors ranging from approximately 300 square feet to 2,400 square feet to accommodate varying tenant needs. To reduce tenant build-out costs, a dedicated common area building provides centralized restrooms for all businesses, eliminating the need for in-suite bathrooms and enabling tenants to focus solely on their interior spaces. The Distrikt also operates under a unified umbrella liquor license accessible to all tenants and features two approximately 1,200-square-foot rooftop spaces, introducing a rare rooftop component to the Arts District. Located within a dense and growing residential corridor, the project benefits from a strong built-in customer base, with more than 1,000 apartment units under construction in the Arts District and over 2,000 units built or underway in nearby Symphony Park.
