Both 10 and 15 acre tracts have recently been included in the City of Broken Arrow's New Orleans Square Overlay Transitional Zoning. Zoning now allows single family detached on the perimeter of the subject tracts, with a 3 story multi-family (160 units) in the interior portion of each tract. The City of Broken Arrow has recently approved the construction for major re-development of the 101st & Elm intersection approx. 1/4 mile to the East of the subject tracts.
