At nearly 900,000 square feet, the building is the largest located at Rochester Tech Park. The building features easy access on the north to the NYS 531 Expressway by dedicated expressway ramp and to Buffalo Road (NYS 33) on the south. The building was constructed for use as a manufacturing and office/research lab facility in 1980 and features abundant parking in surface lots on the north side of the building.
