This Wine Country House is used by the Meyer Family Cellars (formerly of Silver Oak Winery) as an Office space, but are now downsizing significantly with primary operations out of Mendocino County. The Family wishes to share this House with another Tenant that would enjoy a wine country Office. The largest Office would be rented as Exclusive space, with full shared use of the Kitchen, Bathroom, Great Room, Guest Bedroom, Entry/Reception and Porches. The Family will retain the smallest office for exclusive use (tho rarely on site), and utilize the Porch tables for a monthly Wine Tasting.
