The building was originally built in 1972, renovated in 2011, and currently undergoing major renovations. It features a covered drop off area at the building’s front entrance and contains a total of approximately 104,756 square feet of building area. The majority of the square footage is on the extended first floor, consisting of approximately 50,000 square feet.
