Our block is happily inhabited by neighborhood favorites like Normal Ice Cream, The Land of Salt, Koo de Ker, Mineral and Matter, Nova Nail Salon, La Barba Coffee, Planted Salon, Art Haus and more, including our very own Maven Strong, a Pilates Reformer fitness studio, Maven Create, a coworking/event space with private office sector, and Maven Live, a residency of luxury townhomes. The Maven District has dozens of forward-facing retail spaces, as well as second level beauty spaces and offices for rent. Our local hood is vibrant with young residents who treasure supporting their local community and as we continue to grow together, our collective of small businesses share customers through proximity, partnerships, and collaborations as a district. We also have a new sister location off 300 W across from TF Brewing called Maven West, featuring restaurant and commercial offices, as well as apartments, now leasing! We are also breaking ground on our newest addition to the Maven District, which we lovingly call 2.0, across the street of 900 South, where soon there will be future apartments, micro-retail spaces, and another restaurant with a roof top garden.
