This historic building is located in the heart of downtown Ashland KY. It's across the street from our city's newly remodeled Broadway Square Plaza where a major revitalization is underway. This area will be ground zero for future city renovations and entertainment venues. The building was built in the early 1900’s as the Grand Theatre Building. The exterior of this building was covered in sheets of aluminum sometime during a 1960’s remodel and remained that way until we bought, renovated and exposed this beautiful original architecture that you see in the pictures. I included the before renovation pictures on here so you can see what a dramatic difference it made to this building and to our historic and unique downtown. The inside is a huge open space with tall ceilings and laminate flooring throughout. The space can easily be divided into multiple offices or used for retail sales space. This space can be used for a variety of purposes. Office or retail can easily be accommodated in this space. We specialize in fair and flexible leasing for small businesses as well as national companies. This is located on one of the most traveled and historic streets in our entire Tri-State Region. That means build in marketing with your creative signage! Our downtown is progressive and would make a great place for you to open your unique business.
