Vauxhall Sky Gardens comprises a mixed-use 120 metre tall 36-floor tower constructed in 2014. The first seven floors comprise offices and the remaining upper floors comprise 239 residential apartments. The building takes its name from 2,500 sqm of landscaped gardens on the top floor as well as gardens on other floors and at the rear of the ground floor level. In 2014 Vauxhall Sky Gardens won Best Housing Project in the Sunday Times British Homes Awards.
