The Inn is a 6 room B & B that is currently being only used as an event center for weddings and corporate parties. The Inn is located on 5/5 +/- acres on a hill overlooking the beautiful Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. A 40 x 80 ' foundational tent site was constructed in 2010. The event complex contains the tent, a building housing a bar, catering kitchen and bathrooms plus a large outdoor patio area (complete with a firepit) for functions. Parking accommodates up to 65 cars. Renovated Owner's Quarters on property consisting of kitchen, dining room, studio bedroom and full bath.
