The Hilltop Ranch is located in the Boronda-Espinosa farming district at the north end of the Salinas Valley that is a desirable location for growing strawberries and summer to late season fall crops. This ranch has level to rolling topography with a mix of sandy loam soils and heavier clay soils. In 2014, an extensive leveling, grading and drain tiling project was completed to enhance the suitability of the farmland for growing berries and fresh vegetable crops. Water is provided by CSIP and distributed through high pressure underground lines. Asking rent includes taxes, which will be paid by the landowner.
