The PARK’s immediate neighborhood is well-established and built up for both residential and commercial uses. Surrounding land uses are mostly single-family, detached or semidetached structures with some multi-family development in the general vicinity. The neighborhood supports scattered commercial uses such as professional offices, financial institutions, education facilities, and retail development. The majority of the neighborhood’s commercial uses are concentrated along the Northampton Street commercial corridor located just one block south of the PARK. This roadway also provides access to Easton’s downtown and courthouse areas to the east and linkage to the PA Route 22 highway to the west. Easton’s Downtown district is a cultural hub loaded with amenities for tenants to enjoy.
