The city of Round Rock anticipates the development of a $500 million mixed-use development called The District. The project is a 66-acre development that will include 3 million SF of Class A office space, 1,500 residential units, over 300 hotel rooms, and up to 150,000 SF of retail space. The District is expected to create 5,000 jobs. Construction will start by the end of 2025.
