Centre Square is one of the largest commercial properties in the Philadelphia Commercial Business District. Easily recognizable by both its glass-domed atrium and its "Clothespin" sculpture the property occupies an entire city block at 15th and Market Streets, in the heart of Center City. This building is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and is seeking LEED certification. This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2010 and 2018 (83) for its operating efficiency.
