Previously this location was the convenience store in the area, with a deli case and large beer cave. Much of this equipment is still on sight and stored in the detached garage building. However, 3000 S.F of the original convenience store was renovated into a body shop/garage that includes a lift and ventilated Paint Booth. That leaves 1000 S. F. that could be used for retail/convenience/beer sales. The beer cave cooler is still in there. In addition to the main 4000 S. F. building, there is a 1320 S.F. detached garage with electric and a fenced storage area.
