The Navarro Office Building & Garage is located on a 1.311-acre parcel along the River Walk in downtown San Antonio, at the heart of the city’s business and tourist district. The site is located on the east side of Navarro Street and the west side of South Presa Street, where they intersect with Villita Street. Villita Street is closed to traffic in the block occupied by the Navarro Annex and hasbecome part of the site as a street level covered breezeway, or pedestrian easement, that cuts through the 10-story building overhead.
